Before I started my course of coaching with Sandra, I was reasonably sure of my longer term business goals and business plan. During our first meetings, I was able to bring these to life by relating them to my own personal core values, instead of treating them as separate entities. This approach has enabled me to find a dynamic ‘fit’ between my business and family life.

In a service-led industry, it has always been easy for me to appear re-active rather than pro-active in my actions. Sandra’s coaching has enabled me to stay focussed on the weekly priorities that I had set, without ever losing the flexibility needed to stay on top of my clients’ requirements.

Sandra has remained firm in her determination that I continue to make progress by ensuring that the goals I set during difficult times are both realistic and achievable. I have been extremely impressed with her abilities and I look forward to continuing to make progress under her guidance.
