Sandra lives what she teaches and she is an inspiration to everyone who is wanting to make the most of their lives. I have watched her transform herself into the woman she is today through seeking a better way and then having the courage and determination to do whatever it takes to effect the changes she desired. Now, she has devoted her work to helping others do the same – and to great effect. She passionately believes that wherever we are now, we can transform things for the better whether it be our relationships, our health, our finances, our careers or all of them together….Sandra encourages and inspires through warmth and humour and a deep caring that the people she works with realise their dreams.
